Belstone Capital invests its own capital exclusively. The firm does not manage outside capital, does not offer securities or investment products, and does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.
Legal affairs
Belstone maintains an internal legal-affairs function responsible for the firm's contracts, entity governance, and intellectual-property portfolio, and engages outside counsel where matters require it. This function speaks for the company in its own name. It is not a law firm and does not represent clients.
Intellectual property
"Belstone" and the Belstone globe device are trade identities of Belstone Capital LLC, in continuous commercial use by the firm. The names, marks, and domains of the platforms referenced on this site are held within the firm's portfolio and are inventoried, monitored, and actively maintained.
No license to any of the foregoing is granted by the availability of this site. Unauthorized use of the firm's marks, or registration of confusingly similar names or domains, may be pursued through the remedies available at law.
